Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide using FEDEX international priotity.
You will receive your package within 4-7 days.
All orders are shipped from Athens, Greece.
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information with be sent to you in a separate e-mail when your order is being processed.
We dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.
Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city. Due to import restrictions we are currently not able to ship to Russia.
Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.
If you are not home upon delivery, FEDEX will contact you either by phone or e-mail to schedule a re-delivery.
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
FINE ART PRINTS
We offer a 30 days refund upon receipt of the package. The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The items and their condition are your responsibility until the moment we receive them in our warehouse. We can’t refund damaged or used products. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed.
Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 workdays for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
Original paintings are non-refundable. Please read carefully their description and observe all the details in the available product video, before purchasing.
If you wish to return your order you must let us know within 14 days of reception and have shipped the items within another 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.
Please contact us at email@example.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in any way has arrived damaged, please let us know straight away so we can send you a replacement.
If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask you to initiate a return
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember to also state you order number in the e-mail.
